DISTRICT JUDGES - The District Courts are the highest level trial courts of the State of Texas. The 328th and 387th Courts primarily hear family law cases involving child custody, adoptions, and divorce. The 240th, 268th, and 400th Courts primarily hear felony and civil cases including contracts, real estate disputes, libel and slander suits, and controversies over contested elections.
